Cooking Directions for Frozen Pierogi
Making our pierogi is quick and easy! Here’s how to prepare them for the best flavor and texture:
- Do Not Boil: Our pierogi have already been boiled, and boiling them again can cause them to fall apart. Their delicate texture comes from our ultra-thin dough.
- Thaw Before Cooking: Let the pierogi thaw completely in the package before cooking.
- Pan-Fry for the Perfect Finish: Heat a non-stick skillet on medium-low and add butter or your favorite cooking oil. Gently fry the pierogi until they’re golden brown and crispy on the outside.
We’ve heard from some of our customers that pierogi can even be baked or cooked in an air fryer for a lower calorie alternative! - Toppings We Love: For an extra burst of flavor, try adding sautéed onions, crispy bacon bits, or chives, and a dollop of sour cream.
Enjoy the taste of handmade, delicate pierogi, and thank you for your continued support!
